Akhand Pratap Singh, a committed fitness transformation coach with more than 12 years of real-world experience helping individuals reduce fat, gain muscle, and live healthier lifestyles, started Warrior Workout Fitness in 2024. At Warrior Workout Fitness, He focus on empowering individuals in their health and fitness journeys. His goal is to motivate you to attain your unique fitness targets through a choice of specialized training routines and educational blogs that meet all fitness levels. Akhand Pratap Singh
- B.Tech Food Technology & Former Assistant Food Engineer at Britannia Industries
- Transformed his own body in 2012 and has since helped 200+ clients with real and practical knowledge.
Kiran Tejas Dange
Kiran Dange is a dedicated fitness professional who began her journey in the health and wellness industry in 2009. She is a certified Fitness Trainer accredited by the Ministry of AYUSH and a qualified Yoga Therapist with specialized expertise in diabetes management, hypertension control, postnatal recovery, mental wellness, and holistic lifestyle improvement.
With a passion for guiding individuals toward sustainable health transformations, Kiran combines scientific training methods with therapeutic yoga practices to create personalized fitness programs. She has successfully trained over 100 clients through one-on-one personal training and strength coaching, helping them achieve lasting physical strength, improved well-being, and healthier lifestyles.
